Per-campaign sharing & password reset

What's new

• Password reset — forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen, follow the emailed link, and set a new one.
• Per-campaign character sharing — sharing a character with your GM is now a per-campaign choice instead of one global switch. Share the same character into as many campaigns as you like, or duplicate it to keep progress separate. And right after you join a campaign, you're asked whether you'd like to share a character with your new GM.
• Leave a campaign — players can now leave a campaign from the party screen, and GMs can remove a party member. Either way, that player's shared characters are automatically unshared from the campaign they left.
• A better fit for bigger screens — on a tablet or desktop browser window, Rolls Pending now shows a persistent sidebar instead of bottom tabs, with the same destinations grouped by workspace.

Improvements

• Opening a link on a wide screen now lands you exactly where you meant to go.
• Detail screens use native back navigation everywhere — exactly one back control per screen.
• The multi-campaign sharing warning correctly lists every other campaign a character is shared into, even across long names.

Fixes

• The sidebar no longer occasionally shows the wrong workspace's sections after a reload on a wide screen.
• The character-sharing prompt now only shares when you tap Share, and reliably appears on every campaign join.
• The share prompt's disclosure text accurately describes what your GM can see.
• Narrow-screen tab labels are readable again.
